Benefit FAS Extrusion Technology 

As previously mentioned, one of the primary advantages of the extrusion-based technologies (both extrude & spin and “pure” extrusion coat) is the reduction of process material consumption.  This advantage is realized to the fullest extent with the transition to “pure” extrusion.  The following chart shows process material consumption for various size substrates using the three different coating methods.
